Can a SunShield be moved?
SunShields can be transported to new locations. The location in which SunShield is moved must match the measurements of the original SunShield location.
What is the minimum degree the Sun Shield must be in for the warranty to remain applied?
The Sun Shield must remain at an 8 Degree or more angle. Anything less than 8 Degrees will result in the warranty being void.
Can a different fabric be used on the Sun Shield than the standard one?
No, Materials used by Sun Shield are specifically tested and manufactured for Sun Shield.
What happens if my Sun Shield stops working?
If the Sun Shield is still within the warrantied time frame, repairs will be done by a Sun Shield contractor. All repairs are subject to inspection to see if they fall under the warranty.
